Food Suggestions: Combines well with all fish, shellfish and salads.

Visual: Tones of red cherry.
Nose: Fresh and alive intense aromas of red berries with touched of red liquorices and back tones of spices and toasted aromas prevailing from the oak barrels.
In Mouth: Balanced medium body red wine.
Soft and sweet tannins that give structure and complexity that convert into a seductive and
easy to drink wine.
Food Suggestions: Mediterranean style dishes such as pastas, rice dishes, suckling pig and
red meats.

It also pairs well with grilled meats and cheeses.


Mācon Village Chardonnay

Produced from select old vines, this silky smooth Chardonnay suggests nuances of pear, melon and butter with a hint of licorice, leaving a crisp but velvety finish. It pairs beautifully with hors d'oeuvres, fish, lobster, chicken and spicy dishes as well as desserts.
